Addition · removal · amendmentScope change
$1,900 first qual · +$650 each additional · removal/amendment $850Adding a training product to scope is an application ASQA assesses against the Outcome Standards —
and the fastest way to fail it is a training and assessment strategy that does not reflect your actual student
cohort. Ours are contextualised after a documented cohort discussion, and every assessment tool gets a pre-use
review under Outcome Standard 1.3 before anything is lodged. Removals and amendments are priced separately because
they are smaller jobs, not because we want a conversation first.
What you get
- Application mapped clause-by-clause to the Outcome Standards
- Cohort-discussed training and assessment strategy per product
- Pre-use review of assessment tools (Outcome Standard 1.3)
- Lodgement checklist and submission support
What you do not get
- ASQA’s own fees — payable to ASQA, and they change:
- A guaranteed decision — ASQA decides
- Learning resources or delivery materials
Turnaround: 10 working days for the first product, +3 per additional

Non-compliance notice receivedRectification response
$3,800A non-compliance notice is answered with evidence, not adjectives. We analyse the notice clause by clause,
build an evidence matrix against the Outcome Standards provisions cited, and draft a rectification plan for your
sign-off — then review your submission once, in full, before it goes in. The base fee covers up to three
training products; each product beyond that adds $450.
Performance assessment already
scheduled? That is urgent audit-response territory with same-week service levels, and it is handled by the
Audits site in our group — not queued here.
Go to the Audits urgent deskWhat you get
- Clause-by-clause analysis of the non-compliance notice
- Evidence matrix against the Outcome Standards clauses cited
- Rectification plan drafted for your sign-off
- One full review round of your submission
What you do not get
- Representation to ASQA as if we were you
- Manufactured or templated evidence
- A guaranteed acceptance — ASQA decides

Systems you operateSelf-assurance system build
$6,900The 2025 Standards expect providers to run genuine self-assurance — systematic monitoring, honest
internal reviews against the Outcome Standards, findings that go somewhere. We build the machinery: a current-state
review across the four Quality Areas, the policy and register set, a monitoring calendar and management reporting
templates, then a staff briefing and a 30-day question window. Then we leave, because a self-assurance system a
consultant operates for you is not self-assurance.
What you get
- Current-state review across the four Quality Areas
- Self-assurance framework: policies, registers, monitoring calendar
- Management reporting templates and a staff briefing session
- 30-day post-handover question window
What you do not get
- Operating the system — that is yours by law
- Ongoing monitoring (see ongoing support blocks below)
- Performance assessment response work

Delivery through another partyThird-party arrangements
$2,400Third-party delivery is where good RTOs acquire other people’s non-compliance. The package reviews the
agreement against your obligations, builds the monitoring framework you will actually run, checks the ASQA
notification requirements, and gives the third party an induction pack so the standards travel with the
delivery.
What you get
- Agreement review with an obligations matrix
- Monitoring framework for third-party delivery
- ASQA notification requirements checklist
- Induction pack for the third party
What you do not get
- Legal advice on the contract itself
- Delivery or supervision of the training
- A guarantee the arrangement will satisfy a performance assessment

Buying or selling an RTOChange of ownership
$4,400Ownership changes trigger notification and approval requirements with ASQA, and they surface every
compliance debt the outgoing owner left behind. The package runs a compliance due-diligence review of the incoming
structure, prepares the notifications and approval application, and delivers a transition compliance plan with the
governance documents updated to match reality.
What you get
- Compliance due-diligence review of the incoming structure
- Change-of-ownership notifications and approval application prepared
- Transition compliance plan
- Governance document updates
What you do not get
- Legal, tax or valuation advice
- ASQA’s fees or decision
- Post-settlement operation of the RTO

Defined deliverables, not a retainerOngoing support blocks
$1,100/mo (4 hrs) · $1,990/mo (8 hrs)This is not a retainer, and the difference is the deliverables list. A retainer sells you access; a block
sells you outputs, named in advance. The 4-hour block ($1,100/month) carries a monthly compliance health check
documented against the four Quality Areas, maintenance of up to two registers, one policy or procedure review, and
two-working-day email answers. The 8-hour block ($1,990/month) adds up to four document reviews, support preparing
internal reviews against the Outcome Standards, a monthly working session and one-working-day answers. Unused hours
do not roll over, because deliverables — not hours — are the unit. Cancel any month on 30 days’
notice.
What you get
- A published deliverables list per block — see the two block cards on the pricing page
- The same named consultants each month
- A documented trail: every deliverable lands as a dated artefact
What you do not get
- Unused hours rolling over
- Open-ended advisory or meeting attendance
- Representation to ASQA on your behalf
- Lock-in of any kind
Turnaround: Monthly cycle, cancel on 30 days’ notice
