The trust layer of the RTO Training Group.
RTO Training Consultants exists because the consulting market around registered training organisations runs on opacity: unpublished prices, unnamed personnel, scopes that only appear after a “free consultation”. The regulator itself tells providers to do due diligence on consultants precisely because nobody else screens us.
This site is the group’s answer. It is the router that sends each problem to the site that owns it — registration, performance assessment work and validation each have their own — and it is the trust layer: the bench with every consultant’s credentials published, the due diligence answers, the refusals list, the case evidence with constraints attached. The services that stay here — scope changes, rectification responses, self-assurance builds, third-party arrangements, ownership changes and monthly support blocks — are the fixed-scope jobs between those specialisms, each with a published fee and a published exclusions list.
The model is deliberate: fixed scope, published price, defined deliverables. Where a job cannot honestly be priced that way — tribunal matters, multi-entity restructures, retained senior advisory — we do not stretch the model; we route the work to CAQA, the bespoke advisory arm of our family, and say so in public.
