No consultant can guarantee a registration decision or a performance assessment outcome. ASQA decides. Any consultant who promises otherwise is selling something that is not theirs to sell.

What that means in practice

Our work improves the quality of your applications, evidence and systems. It does not, and cannot, determine what the regulator decides. Fees are for the scoped deliverables, not for outcomes, and are payable regardless of any regulatory decision.

Your ongoing responsibility

A provider remains responsible for its own ongoing compliance. Systems we build are operated by you; evidence we help you assemble is yours; decisions communicated by ASQA are between ASQA and you.

Where this applies

This disclaimer applies to every service sold under this brand and is incorporated into the Client Engagement Terms. It is also, we suggest, a useful test for any other consultant you consider: ask them to publish the same statement.
