Use the free tools first.
Across the RTO Training Group, each site publishes a free self-serve tool. Use them before you pay anyone — us included. If a tool tells you that you do not need a consultant, believe it.

The cost question
What does an RTO consultant cost?
In this market, usually: “book a call and we’ll discuss it”. Here, it is a published number. A scope change starts at $1,900 for the first qualification and $650 for each additional; a rectification response is $3,800; a self-assurance system build is $6,900; ongoing support blocks are $1,100 or $1,990 a month with the deliverables listed. Every figure, with its exclusions, is on the pricing page — and the scoping tool resolves your specific job to a number in 90 seconds.
Family disclosure. RTO Training Consultants is a brand of RTO Training Resources Pty Ltd (ABN 17 631 073 213), part of the CAQA Groups family. Our consultants are the same team that delivers CAQA’s advisory work. The difference is the service model: our scopes and prices are fixed and published. CAQA’s engagements are bespoke and quoted.
