Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, organisation, message), correspondence you send us, and standard technical data such as pages visited and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, scope and deliver engagements, meet our legal and professional obligations, and maintain the security of this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

Disclosure

Personal information may be shared within the CAQA Groups family where needed to deliver an engagement you have requested, with service providers who host our infrastructure (under contractual confidentiality), and where the law requires disclosure. Client engagement records are treated as confidential.

Storage and security

Information is stored on access-controlled systems hosted in Australia or with providers offering equivalent protections. Retention periods are set out in our Data Retention Policy; breach handling is set out in our Data Breach Response Plan.

Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We respond within 30 days.
