Consultants working in the VET sector are not regulated, and no regulator endorses or accredits consulting businesses — including this one. Engaging any consultant, including us, is a decision you should make with due diligence; ASQA publishes guidance for exactly that purpose, and our guide walks it question by question.

Nature of our services

We provide compliance consulting deliverables: analysis, documents, systems and reviews as described in each published scope. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, migration advice, or registered training services under this brand.

The limits

Our published cannot-do list forms part of this disclaimer: we cannot guarantee regulatory decisions or performance assessment outcomes, we cannot make a provider compliant, and we do not represent providers to ASQA as if we were them.

Reliance

Deliverables are prepared for the engaging organisation and its stated circumstances. They should not be relied on by other parties or reused for other cohorts, scopes or entities without review.
